ProMAC meets one weekend every other month. The materials taught on the West Coast one month are taught on the East Coast the following month. There are a total of twelve sessions extending over a 24 month period. During the "off-month" there are additional materials delivered to your doorstep AND telecoaching calls to support implimentation of the materials learned in the prior month.

One module from each of the six ProMAC subject matter areas will be covered in extensive detail every ProMAC weekend, with the time varying from subject to subject and month to month. In addition, we have allocated a certain amount of time to meeting with the school owners individually to help each in a one-on-one environment.

Every ProMAC weekend consists of 20 hours of classroom and MAT training. The West Coast program begins Friday at 9:00am to Saturday 2:00p. The East Coast program begins Friday at 9am and ends Saturday afternoon at 1:00pm.

Missed Weekends - For those who might have to miss a weekend training session, there will be video and audio of each ProMAC weekend. Full participation is strongly encouraged even though not every one of the 72 ProMAC modules will excite every person. Each module is an important part of the recipe and attending the program in its entirety is important to mastering the art of being a strong executive and to maximizing the success of your school!

Because the ProMAC curriculum is taught all year in a rotating fashion, new members can enter into the ProMAC program at any given time.
