ProMAC Career Training is for local Martial Artists (no martial arts experience required) interested in coming to work with Kovars upon graduation from the ProMAC program.

ProMAC Career Training is an intensive training program for a career in the Martial Arts.

First and foremost all of our students that make it through our program will graduate as high caliber Martial Artists. However, being a high caliber Martial Artist does not make one a good teacher. ProMAC emphasizes classroom management, communication skills and rapport building techniques. Business procedures are taught, including sales, marketing and lead generation, inventory control and computer systems. Another area is business philosophy. Here we fully integrate the concepts of uncompromised customer service, being proactive and the value of a team striving towards a common goal.
