Tim Kovar
Although Mr. Kovar is a 30+ years Martial Artist, his forte’ is running the business of
Martial Arts. Mr. Kovar applied his degree in economics and real world business experience
to Kovars and turned it into one of the most profitable and largest grossing Martial Arts
chains in the country. His unique approach to the business of Martial Arts is both refreshing
and inspiring.

Rick Campbell
Richard L. Campbell, Co-Chief Executive Officer, was affiliated with StockBridge, LLC,
a privately held strategic advisory services company from September 1998 until November
2002. Mr. Campbell has been intimately involved with the successful growth of several
companies, including GreenStone Industries, Inc., which he co-founded and helped build
into the largest cellulose insulation manufacturer in the country with 12 plants before
the company was sold to Louisiana-Pacific Corp. He was also the second largest shareholder
in Corbett Technologies, Inc., which he helped build to one of the largest profitable pure
play IT security consulting companies in the country prior to its sale to BAE Systems, a
division of British Aerospace, in 2002. Prior to the formation of GreenStone in 1993, Mr.
Campbell was principally engaged as a corporate attorney concentrating in the areas of
corporate finance and securities. Mr. Campbell received his undergraduate degree from The
University of Michigan, his Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University, and his Masters
in Corporation Law from New York University.

Tom Callos
Tom Callos is the Director of Continuing Education for the Martial Arts Industry
Association (MAIA) where he writes and designs their monthly “Success Kit,” a
members-only subscription based consulting package, consisting of a magazine,
newsletters, video, marketing campaigns, and educational curriculum for professional
martial arts teachers around the world. For fifteen years, he owned and operated two
of the largest and most successful martial arts schools in the United States, located
in Reno, Nevada. In 1994, he sold his schools and became a full-time writer and
consultant for the martial arts industry. He has written about martial arts for
numerous publications, including Shape magazine, Storie, Women’s Sports and Fitness,
Modern Maturity, Cooking Light, Filipinas, Black Belt, Inside Karate, Inside Kung Fu,
and Martial Arts Success. |

Doug Lipp
Doug is a real-world expert at leadership, customer service and training.
AS the former head trainer at Walt Disney University, Doug worked in the executive offices
as well as on the front line (including stints as Goofy and Tigger at the famed theme park).
Doug was also on the start-up team for Tokyo Disneyland, one of the most successful them parks worldwide.
A much sought after consultant, author, trainer and speaker, Doug now helps audiences around the world
