REPRESENTATION/WARRANTY: Participant agrees to hold Kovars free from any representation or warranty expressed or implied. Kovars offers no warranties express or implied, regarding the results you will receive from participation in Pro-MAC and the use or application of the materials and information provided through Pro-MAC. Kovars will not be liable for any lost profits, lost savings, incidental damages or other economic consequential damages that may result from participation, use, or application of the methods, materials or information provided by or through Pro-MAC.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK/WAIVER: As a Martial Arts Professional, Participant understands the risks of injury from participation in martial arts related activities as well as the possible health risks associated with personal contact in this environment. Participant freely, voluntarily agrees to assume the risk of injuries, disease or embarrassment associated with Martial Arts instruction at Kovars, and hereby releases Kovars, and holds it harmless and waives any rights against it for claims for injury, disease, sexual harassment, demands, obligations, actions, causes of action, rights, damages, costs, losses or services and expenses in compensation of any nature whatsoever.

MEDICAL RELEASE: In the event of an emergency, Participant hereby authorizes transportation and licensed medical personnel to perform any accepted medical procedures on the Participant deemed necessary or advisable, and agrees to bear the expense of any such transportation and or procedures.
